I've been experiencing an annoying but not fatal problem with MS Outlook 2002. I run Win XP with multiple users. (SP2) The problem I am experiencing is that when we switch users the next time a new user opens Outlook we get a message that there has been a Runtime error. One clicks "OK" and then restart Outlook and everything is fine.

I've surfed around and it seems to be a known problem, sort of. If I understand correctly it is connected with the NIS Anti Spam plug. I have NIS 2004. However there doesn't seem to be a proper fix description. Does anybody have any complete information regarding the problem and the antidote?

Many thanks,

Hmmm,

Saw a few threads there but there didn't seem to be a definitive cure for the problem. I'll take another, harder look and work my way from the top down.

Thanks, at least I was in the right place!
