I have a question I need some help with. I know you people aren’t exactly lovers of Aluria software, but other than the fact they are now sleeping with the people who created WhenU, it still seems to be a fine product. My question is . . . Aluria keeps finding an alleged infection called ASProtect. Adware, Spybot, Microsoft and Pest Patrol say I am clean. I have scanned my registry and the key is most definitely present. However, after doing a lot of research on the web, it seems that ASProtect also has a seemingly legitimate function. How do I know if I should remove the key or leave it alone?
