I don't have any viruses, adware, spyware, or trojans, but for some reason I can't see or detect 2 of my drives. One is for my DVD writer and the other is for a DVD CDROM. Does anyone know what might be wrong?

OK.

You will have to give us a bit more information,

Check Hardware Profiles/Device manager.
Any errors?

Have you moved recently?
It's entirely possible that a cable isn't seated correctly in your box.

Thanks

I had this problem twice and I fixed it quickly the first time, but it took forever this time. I had to look up "Driver Code 39" on Yahoo!. The problem was with Roxio Easy CD Creator. It gets rid of the discs drives somehow. Anyways, if you just remove it from your PC and go to Add New Hardware, everything will return to normal. Thanks for the help. BTW, do you know any good DVD burning programs?

I have them, they only burn audio and data DVDs.
I need a program that will actually burn video DVDs.

Depends on what you are trying to do.
If trying to copy DVD's then no, I cannot recommend any.
