mine is

zone alarm pro/ latest
avg free edition 6


am i protected enough?

advice me with some other nice protection and cleaning please...

Hi and welcome to Spyware Warrior forums.

No, thats not nearly enough. Its good for anti virus protection and firewall will keep what needs to be kept out, but there is an entire other world out there of adware\malware and spyware. Thats what we are all about here. If you do some forum searching you will come across some of the things we suggest. Also if you click the link in my sig below, you will find everything we highly recommend, along with tutorials, and a long list of apps we suggest you not indulge in.

Lots of reading in these regards of malware. All I mentioned above will keep you busy enough.
