Hi
Dose anyone know any other free program than outlook express to use for emails.
I tryed to use foxmail but when i wanted to send mail it always says error even though im sure i set up my server details correct.
I still couldnt send or recive mail.
Most programs now you have to pay for and if they are free they have spyware on them.
If anyone knows any more could you let me know
Thanks

It's available at www.mozilla.org under the name Mozilla Thunderbird. Another alternative while you are there is the Mozilla web browser suite, it includes a mail client and web page editor. All of the Mozilla products have less problems with viruses, spyware, etc., than Windows components do.

Other mail clients are included with the Netscape browser and the Opera Browser, both free (Opera free version has a banner ad but is free of spyware). www.netscape.com and www.opera.com .

What about incredimail ? or as a web based alternative to hotmail and yahoo, may I suggest Fastmail. It has a range of features to suit all needs including a free service with a decent limit on size for the average user.

I run Thunderbird behind Mailwasher. If you need help on setting up that combination, post back here.

Go the the webpage you want to start at; then click tools/options/general/, then look at the top field and click use current page.

I'm confused; weren't you looking for an email client? Question

The Mozilla site has a good support section:

http://www.mozilla.org/support/

and a forum which might be helpful:

http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewforum.php?f=39

Using Gmail, Hotmail/MSN or Yahoo! Mail with Thunderbird.
http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?t=53174

Hope that helps.
