Google has come out with a neww update version to there tool bar.
Current Google Toolbar users will be updated automatically over the next few weeks. Those who have already configured Google as their default search engine will have Browse by Name turned on by default. Others can enable it from the Options dialog. If you don't want to wait for the automated update, just download the toolbar from http://toolbar.google.com. Note that during installation you must choose whether or not to allow the toolbar to send non-personal information about the sites you visit back to Google
This may not be the right forum to post this in and if not then please move. I was unaware that Google could update its tool bar and thought that posting this in this forum I could hear other peoples thought on this.

Posting here is fine. I don't use the Google toolbar, as Firefox blocks pop-ups for me, and it has various Google plug-ins. The auto update feature has riled some people up, but I don't believe their are any security issues at this time over it. Google gives you the option to include or not include information that is reported back to them.

Micro$ucks invented Windows?!?! I bet Steve Jobs would have a differing (and valid) opinion on that.
