I just installed ZoneAlarm on our family couputer a couple of days ago and would like an expert opinion on things that are trying to access the net.

RSEDNClient.exe - I'm pretty sure this is spyware/malware
Sonic Update Manager(sgtray) - I have no idea what this is
Generic Host Process for Win 32 Services(svchost.exe) - Don't know
wupdater.exe - windows update?
LiveUpdate Engine(LuComServer.exe) - I don't know
Symantec NetDetect(NDETECT.EXE) - Norton, me thinks, but I uninstalled it because our subscription lapsed and I put AVG on here.

Trojan Horse Downloader.Dyfica.AC has been located, but hasn't been removed even though I've run AVG three or four times. AVG is updated to the latest software.

Feedback is greatly appreciated.
