So recently, I got a rogue security shield antivirus pop up and take control of my web and my laptop. It hijacked everything. I cant even open my malware anti malware program. Whatever application on my laptop i click security shield says "it found a trojan" then it wants me to pay money to purchase a copy of security shield to remove the virus. Of course its a rogue antivirus so i just close it out. I dont know what kind of malware this is or if its a virus. Please help me remove it and take back control of my laptop. If you need additional details just ask me. By the way i am using windows 7 dell laptop.
