Hello,

I most regularly use Firefox to go on the internet but also Internet Explorer. Whilst using the internet when I click a link to go to a new page or open a new tab and type in a webpage I want to go to, it redirects to some kind of advertising or search page. When I try and get back to the page I want I normally have to press it about 3 times.

I hope you can help me fix this problem, thank you.
