Hi sorry I am not very good with computers and have a problem. I live in UK and took my lap top too USA and since I have returned I am having issues.
1. AOL can not open emails
2. Pictures - all my photos are there however the photos frotage is a flower or a sky so to see the picture I have to open it and unless I do this I do not know what the picture is.
3. My camera - I connect my camera to the laptop to down load my photos and nothing happens
I have been fiddling around with stuff but have no idea what I am actually doing..
can any one give me any pointers please

We need to know what's running on your computer so that we can give you appropriate instructions, and this information is provided by a DDS logs.
Please read THIS topic.
If you still need help, start a new topic in the Help with spyware removal forum, include in your post...
- DDS logs.
- Details of the problems you're experiencing.
- Any messages or error codes you may have got.
If for any reason you can't run DDS, please let us know in your post.

I have downloaded DDS how do I post it on here?
I have a Toshiba lap top windows 7 . Every time I try to open emails AOL or even sometimes I am on other sites it comes up
Internet exporer has found a problem it then closes the programme down to protect the computer |
