A human rights related website which is hated by some governments
have the attached problem

when I try to go there my anti virus pop up with that message

denied

any body can give me some clue?

For quite some time now, gumblar.cn has been a well known malware distribution vector. It appears to have been shut down now. I would advise destroying any links and doing an HJT log analysis.
