Hi
I'm Clive... an absolute computer novice.

I've just been given this computer which I think is infected with spyware. I'd very much appreciate any help you can give me. What do I need to now? Smile

We can help you with spyware -- please read the info in this post and follow the instructions for posting a HijackThis log in that forum. After you do that, a helper will reply and tell you what to do next.
