Scotty caught an install of Yahoo Toolbar BHO and removed YT.dll
any Idea where this is coming from
I had not downloaded or installed anything recently
I am not a member of any Yahoo groups
I have SBC internet but not the yahoo portion

wyrmrider, my guess would be that SBC internet tried to install the Yahoo goolbar BHO. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to contact them and ask about it.

When I insall my SBC it does try installing it's own toolbar. I just uninstall the SBC/yahoo tb and everythings fine. Check your Add/Remove programs for it.

| So is the toolbar itself shady, or just the fact that it installs on its own? |
