The latest SmitFraud or trojan Zlob is called VirusBurst. A good write up on Bleeping Computer about it.

Looks alot like SpywareQuake to me. Notice they spelled balloon wrong.

Hi Nick,
I just dealt with that beast yesterday. Chased my tail a bit Googling fixes 'til I decided to check the Rogue section and found the real fix. Should have checked there first.  The other fixes didn’t stop it.
