I need to know something, is this form of spam mail that prevents some mail from being caught and blacklisted due to the fact they don't have the correct DNS, also is this another way that the spammers are trying to prevent them selves from getting capture from being black listed?

Not having reverse DNS hurts the spammers. The value of the reverse DNS entry is not really used as it can't be trusted. Many mail servers make sure a reverse DNS entry exists. All mail servers should have a reverse DNS entry and if they don't many mail servers will not accept email from you.
