If you would like to help with Hijackthis logs at this site, please read the following:

All our helpers are required to be graduates of an approved malware removal training program.

If you are interested in helping, but aren't already a graduate of another program, then you should apply to Malware Removal University to start your training.

Note that any application that contains false data, omits something, or otherwise tries to get around the need for prior, proven experience, will result in a denial to be able to help here. Examples include:

• saying you have already graduated from another malware removal school but you haven't
  
• using a different username from one where you have been removed from training by another school for cheating or other problems. Note this doesn't mean anyone can't have a different username, it means don't use a different one to hide info.
  
• Saying you are a member at another forum as examples of your experience, but you aren't that member hoping I won't check.
  
• Anything else that equates to lying, cheating, or dishonesty

After reading this, please send a PM to Suzi with the requested information.

Anyone can start a topic asking for help with their Hijackthis log. Only members of the groups listed below can reply to them.
