I need help. Ive found a virus called bo:heap and 2 trojans on my computer called peper A and Sandboxer. Ive noticed that i have been redirected to numerous sites including hotmail which im not able to access at all. I receive pop-ups ads, my computer crashes constitently. I really need help so my computer can return to normal. Are there any suggestions in the simplest form to eliminate these issues. Please forgive me because im very clueless as to how to remove any of them problems.
