I work as a support tech. I'm not supposed to be working on eliminating malware, but it's become so prevalent... I'm dealing with it almost every day.

I found this site trying to get a better understanding of malware.

Finding this has made me feel a lot better, knowing there's people out there dealing with this too. Here's hoping I can eventually make some contribution myself.
