As far as selling PrivacyTools2004, the only page I can see that's different right now is the home page. If you disable active scripting in the security options for the Internet zone in IE, it will stop the javascript re-direct and you can see what's actually on the page. Undetectable?? You must have looked for this with your own program. Nothing is Undetectable. Must be the same ones that are working on that program of yours, so we obviously have nothing to worry about.
The members here warned us about this, so I decided to see this for myself. When you threaten one of us, you threaten us all. No one is untraceable, including you, so keep your threats to your self.
BTW, I seriously doubt that anyone cares how much money you might make. We do this because we care about what we do.

For any product to come up to the correct standard it has to be deemed "Marketable" and the officers of the company also have a duty to their customers to avoid any misrepresentation.
Therefore it is likely that any company found to be behaving irresponsibly towards its customers or prospective customers may be held liable for any failing in their product and therefore for ALL damages arising from ANY faults in the product or from any misrepresentation in the claims of the product as to its specified use.
There are also the terms of contract. No company is allowed to make ANY contract which can be deemed to be unfair in the law.
Therefore there is no possibility of attempting to avoid liability.
Nor should any company be trading without adequate third party insurance to cover any damages arising from the failure of its product to protect the enduser.
NOTE If the Internet is going to be a continual source of litigation and also be used as a broadcasting medium for pornography or hatred there is a very strong likelihood that it will be closed down completely in the near future or vigourously regulated.
You are therefore advised to invest in a facsimile machine and alternative means of communication at the earliest opportunity. |

Yep, you accomplished that alright. You'll go down in history in a footnote list of known wannabe scam artists. Congrats.
Ashley is right that little is accomplished here. Even if all the anti-malwares and blocklists target these variants, there will be more to follow.
As I see it, the only real good thing this ugly thread does is help educate users so that hopefully they will learn to stop clicking on everything they see and possibly realize that they really do need to protect themselves in this world.

I agree that this thread won't stop these programs from being sold. However, part of the reason for these boards is to inform and educate the public about threats like this. I believe this thread will go a long way toward educating the public on the type of people who run these rogue programs. Telling people what we believe them to be like is one thing, showing them this thread and how this 'guy' really is just brings the point home.

A perfect example as to why all countries should reintroduce Military Service for all residents, so that they may all the better serve the community.
I should imagine that all Magistrates would agree. |

Well this is it people. The last thread I will EVER make on this forum. At the end of the day i've stopped selling my software until everything is in order and working 100% correctly.
Sorry if i offended anyone in anyway but you have offended me just as bad (it may be hard for the members and visitors of this board to understand this but no one here is sitting where i am). Dont take anything i said personally. I'm not really that bad, you just caught me at a bad stage of my life. Suzi, if i could edit my posts I would do but its seems were not aloud, I didnt mean anything i said in the posts earlier today. Again i appologise.
At the end of the day I have learnt from my mistakes, you have all taught me a lesson.

You see, this it, I have never wanted to be a scam artist or never have i said i wanted to scam people. I know you will qoute me saying I will distribute spyware and all that but in the post I said i was thinking of doing it. Thinking = no more. I wont do it and never will. This was just me being immature as I knew it would hit a nerve with you lot. You were pi**ing me off so I thought I would try and pi** you off. It worked and thats that. I also want to say that my software NEVER damaged anyones computer and the people of this board just assume it would have done because of the false positives.
You have what you wanted, I stopped selling my software (until its fixed and all in order) and now I am admitting I was wrong in what i did on this board and I am appologising

sry I have to respond to this b4 i go. Its seems he was writing it as I was writing my last post.
You seem to have been looking at to many of those joke pics, the priceless ones Now thats funny.
No nerve has been touched here my friend. I dont even know here worcseter is never mind live there. You should be careful you have the right man b4 u start making acusations against him.

Is Ashly really going ahead as suing spywarewarrior and some of the posters?
Next, this question is directed at Ashly.
Are you going to sue other message board & newsgroups. I seen the positing on Microsoft newsgroups and other message boards.
