Hello!
I am using as primary browser vivaldi, and sometimes when i click on searches using any search site like yandex or google, a box comes asking me if i want to download the file "hbpix", without any extension. Just that filename.
I was reading somewhere it is a malware, but i never downloaded it. it ask to download, but i never downloaded.
So the next question is:
am i infected with spyware?
I am using windows 7 prof. x64 with 2 SSD and 2 normal disks, with 32 gb of ram and i have microsoft security essentials as antivirus.
What can you tell me about that one? is it good, or there is another one better?
What tools do you reccomend me to download to run to check?
Thank you in advance, and have a GREAT 2018 in advance!

Always yours

Carlos Octavio

  • Download FRST64 to your Desktop.
  • Double click Frst.exe to launch it.
  • FRST will start to run.

    • When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
    • Press the Scan button.
    • When finished scanning 2 logs will open on your Desktop, FRST.txt and Addition.txt
    • Please post them in your next reply.
