got some SERIOUS malware and spyware on my computer, due to my computer getting infected from my usb flash drive that i also use at work and SUPPOSEDLY over there the IT department keeps all their computers so locked up [in a box] (figuratively speaking) that you can't download anything, surf anywhere, or get infected AT ALL (not to mention all the hardware firewalls and software firewalls, antivirus, antimalware, and other 'security' programs they have there), but still i got infected.

gary, chryssi2001, and everyone else who helped was AWESOME, EXTREMELY patient, and helped my old 5-year-old laptop get back on its feet. this website and these people who helped me out ROCK AND RULE! Very Happy
