A few days ago after getting my computer fixed here I installed the update and was horrified that I couldn't access the internet when I rebooted. I noticed Zonealarm wouldn't load up and when I tried using it from the start menu I got an error. Uninstalling the old version and downloading the new version fixed my problems like has been said.

It's horrible a lot of people were effected but I'm just glad the nervous breakdown I nearly had that day wasn't because of something I did
