Hi Fred,
Actually this thread got spammed this morning, and so I deleted the post.
The notification you got was as a result of that post, so actually it took less than 24 hours.
Don't know why you didn't get replies for the other earlier posts, but we have had some problems with the server lately that have just been attended to, so perhaps that is related.
