There's MoveOnBoot, but I am looking for a specific tool which was made by a guy. It's a commmand line program and for whatever reason worked to remove a file in an instance when MoveOnBoot did not. Got like a vulture symbol or something. It was made to deal with spyware, which is why I am asking here.

So please just tell me what file deletion utilities you know of, small ones, maybe you know what I mean. That way I can find it again. :)

Thank you both for the suggestions. I didn't see it. I forgot to mention it's freeware.
I guess I will just keep looking.
