Suzi & Company, I hope you don't remember me, but I also hope you can help my friend. Wink

I'm really stuck. I was going have her restore to a point in the past, but she only has one and I'm afraid that it her very first one and won't have even her network, display or sound drivers.

A techie did this to her. I need to make it up to her and restore our good name. Any assistance in that venture would be greatly appreciated.

Posting in her thread reduces her chances of being helped because the helpers look for threads with 0 replies to see who need help. Also, only helpers are allowed to post in the HijackThis log threads to prevent confusion.
